This activity is recommended at the beginning of a long orientation training as a discussion to frame and focus the remainder of the day. It should take 15 (small group discussion only) to 30 (the whole activity) minutes.
In small groups (4-6 educators recommended) consider the prompt:
What are your values, goals, and priorities in your role as an outreach ambassador?
Share results of the small group discussion in the large group, where a training facilitator compiles a document (visible to all) including these results to build common knowledge of shared values and goals.
