Structure intentional mid-semester reflection on curricula. In pairs, revisit learning goals planned at the start and assess progress towards each goal. Consider how students have responded to various activities. Update curriculum documentation with these thoughts. Share findings with discussion groups (4-6 educators recommended) and give feedback.
