Dealing with Conflict

Interpersonal conflict can arise between students in engineering outreach experiences! Discuss past encounters with this in small groups (4-6 educators recommended) and identify moves made to address conflict. Share these experiences and moves in a large group to build common knowledge. Consider a case study as a large group using that knowledge, with turn-and-talks between clips and share out at the end.
