Every teaching pair (or individual if pairs aren’t used) shares with the full group something they learned or tried or something interesting that happened in their classrooms. 30 ambassadors = 15 pairs = 3 minutes per pair in 45 minutes (be super strict about it).
Include time in the previous meeting for pairs to identify what to share.
